Last evening Dad and I put the stair rail on the new porch.
He is still not feeling well, so that was all we could accomplish, but it sure changes the whole look!!! Next the face board for the steps and the lattices around the bottom.
I'm thinking of putting window type flower boxes around the bottom of the porch, since the cement underneath comes out farther than the porch itself. There was dirt covering it before, but plants did not grow there very good, since the depth of soil was too shallow.
