Summer classes are over!!!!

The intermediate photography class was more elementary than I had expected. We were required to do 3 projects with a few assignments thrown in for good measure.

Project one was a sequence of photographs. I choose to use a soft start project as the topic and submitted selected photographs chosen from the project for submission .
Project two was a self portrait, which I implemented by going to lunch! This was a ;serious of photographs walking to the diner, ordering, receiving food, eating, and paying the bill. Scenes were photographed using self timer on the camera, which was mounted on the tripod.

The last project required four 11 x 14s of scenes of our choice. I chose stones, because they obscured the grain of the film and made a more pleasant photograph. Scenes included stone walls and cemeteries.

Four in-class tests were part of the syllabus, with answers written out. No multiple choice here!!! One test of 20 questions required 7 pages of answers, including diagrams, received an 'A'!!

My final grade was an 'A'!!!!

Project #2) 7- 8x10s of was a self portrait. I set up the tripod and the self timer to take pictures of myself going to a restaurant. ordering, eating and paying for lunch.






























The 3rd and final project were 4- 11x14 pictures of something organized and unorganized.
I chose rocks.
